Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges vary based on your location and the size of the item. During checkout, you’ll see shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

What exactly happens after ordering?
You receive an order confirmation email. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your package.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. An invoice is included in your order confirmation email and with your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours at ipetchoice@outlook.com. Once processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
When is the payment taken from my bank account?
Payment is taken at checkout. It may take 1–3 business days to appear on your bank statement.
What is a wishlist?
A wishlist allows you to save items and purchase them later.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact ipetchoice@outlook.com within 30 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
What is “package tracking” in my orders?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?

What if my product is faulty or damaged?
Contact us within 30 days with images. We will replace or refund including shipping costs.
How long does it take to process my return?
Refunds may take up to 21 days after inspection. Bank processing may take 3–5 business days.
