Returns and Exchage

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, It is easy to exchange or refund. Please don't hesitate to contact us at info@ipetchoice.com. We will get the best solution for you.

Please fill out the form on our "Contact Us" page if you want to return a product.

The time limit for accepting returns:
You can return in within 30 days if the item is unused in original box .
Don't accept returns on used products becauase wee can't resell a used product. Please kindly understand that nobody want to have a used product for their pet.

Items do not qualify for return or exchange if  :

• Items were received more than 30 days ago
• Items tags was removed
• Items show signs of use (includes, but is not limited to: dirt, scratch marks, odors, etc.)
• Items have been washed
• Items have been damaged

All returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse to return to us store credit for any goods that are not in a new unused condition.

 

The product can be returned to us if they are:

• A wrong/defective/stained item you received within 30 days,But they are unused in the original box .
• The package is damaged due to transportation reasons , Accept to return it to us within 30 days if the item is unused in the original box
• The item is damaged due to transportation reasons when you received, Accept to return us within 30 days if the item is unused in the original box

We want to sort out any issues with wrong/defective/stained items straightaway.

As soon as you discover a wrong/defective/stained item, please send us email info@ipetchoice.com for assistance :

1) The order number
2) The item's name or SKU number or pictures
3) A description of the problems and some clear pictures
We'll get back to you within 24 hours .

Accept to return for no reason if they are :

After open the package , if you don't like it , You can return in within 30 days if the item is unused in the original box .

 

The shipping cost of returning :

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, We don't cover the shipping costs for returning your item, The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

How long does it take for the returns or exchange application?
The time period of handle the application returns and exchange is 1-2 working days

 

How soon will i receive the refund ?

• If you selected to refund to your Paypal, the refund will be issued to your account 2-7 working days.
• If you have chosen the refund to your credit card, the whole process may need 7-14 business days as your card bank need to process the refund for you.

Please understand that we need to refund to your card bank first within 24 hours. But your card bank may need 7-14 business days to transfer the money to your card account. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information. We apologize genuinely for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your kind understanding.


Exchange
1. Need a different size, color or pattern before used
2. Only Replace items if they are defective or damaged before used
It has a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.

Order cancellation:

• Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please fill out the form on our "Contact Us" page if you decide to cancel the order.
•  If you cancel the order after the product has been shipped out (You will receive a tracking number via a email after product is shipped), We only refund the money 30% of the total amount of the order to you.

Warranty:

All products have a lifetime guarantee. It means that any factory defect is covered. But we will not cover the reasonable wear abuse and tear
